Outdoor Research Muzzle Break Jacket (Largeish-plz read)

This is a strange one: a prototype OR jacket labeled large but fitting more like a medium. In fact, it's like it was made for a Euro or foreign military. The velcro seems to be in strange places that don't match any US regs, so make of that what you will.  Great material tho, lightly used, and its slightly different than what they eventually released so thats kinda cool.
