Black Diamond Technology universal cumberbun (S/M)

Part of the Black Diamond radio kits, I think, got from a TACP. This will fit any Plate carrier that uses a shock cord for its cummerbund (AVS, Spiritus, etc.). Not made by TYR tactical, I think this is the First Spear version, theres just no tags.
